Due to the success of our Saturday morning school, we are SO excited to announce we are opening a Saturday afternoon school in September! The school will be at our usual venue and will run 2.30-5.30 for children aged 6-18, and 2-3.30 for our Early Stages children aged 4-6. Come and join the fun!

Weekly Classes

Early Stages (for ages 4-6 yrs)

Early Stages classes run alongside the main Stagecoach schools, where young people learn skills in each of the three Musical Theatre disciplines of singing, dancing & drama, so it is an easy step when it is time to transfer to the next stage.

(90 minutes each week)

Main Stages (for ages 6-18 yrs)

Main Stages classes are split in three age appropriate groups, where young people learn new skills in each of the complementary Musical Theatre disciplines of singing, dancing & drama. We nurture the shy and apprehensive, until they find their feet and voice, whilst at the same time developing and channelling those with bundles of talent, confidence and energy. We believe in the potential of every child!

(3 hrs each week)

Meet The Team

Principal - Emma Russell

Emma has been involved with and directed numerous Musical Theatre productions across schools in the North West, and absolutely loves creating great shows for children to be a part of!

Emma has been performing herself since a very young age, and has always had a huge passion for the Performing Arts. She started her Classical training in singing at the age of 9, and at 14 joined an International Girls’ Choir. With the choir Emma competed in national and international competitions, and toured across Europe and the United States, leading them on a tour of Canada when she was 19.

Emma studied at The University of Chester, and graduated in 2011 with BAhons in Drama and Theatre Studies. During and since her studies, Emma has taught Performing Arts in South Africa, Cambodia and Bangkok, and has performed herself across the country.

Emma is incredibly proud and excited to be the Principal of Stagecoach Wilmslow, and is always looking forward to the exciting things the school and children will be doing!
