Stagecoach Wetherby

A very warm welcome to Stagecoach Wetherby in what is a very exciting time for us as we celebrate Stagecoach’s 30th anniversary.
We provide high quality part-time training in the performing arts for children aged 4 to 18. We nurture and develop potential through singing, acting and dance classes, encouraging creativity and developing confidence, physical awareness, communication and articulation – while being educational and fun.
Our students have opportunities to perform in local, regional and national theatres, take part in professional tours such as Shrek, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Jesus Christ Superstar and Evita and act in films or TV shows.

Perform with Us

We provide our students with opportunities to perform in exciting venues as well as learning about the theatre. All our children have access to be a part of the events as being completely inclusive is an integral part of our ethos. Our next event is at the beautiful Harrogate Royal Hall in December!

West End Performers

A group of our older students performed in the Stagecoach Showcase at the beautiful Shaftesbury Theatre in the West End on Sunday 9th April. The students are presented a piece inspired by the music of David Bowie in what was a fantastic evening for everyone involved.

Disneyland Paris 2018

Our main stage students have been invited to perform again at Disneyland Paris in Summer 2018! Students will dance in the Disney pre-Parade, and take part in a workshop with the Disney cast in this 3-night 4-day magical adventure. We are counting down the months already...

Weekly Classes

Early Stages (for ages 4-6 yrs)

Early Stages classes run alongside the main Stagecoach schools, where young people learn skills in each of the three Musical Theatre disciplines of singing, dancing & drama, so it is an easy step when it is time to transfer to the next stage.

(90 minutes each week)

Main Stages (for ages 6-18 yrs)

Main Stages classes are split in three age appropriate groups, where young people learn new skills in each of the complementary Musical Theatre disciplines of singing, dancing & drama. We nurture the shy and apprehensive, until they find their feet and voice, whilst at the same time developing and channelling those with bundles of talent, confidence and energy. We believe in the potential of every child!

(3 hrs each week)

Holiday Workshops

Themed Children's Parties

Birthdays & Celebrations

We understand that with the increasing demands on parents, juggling the pressures of work and family life, time is at an essence. Therefore Stagecoach Parties provide a way to remove the stress from what should be a day of celebration for everyone and allow you to sit back, relax and let us do all the work! Whether they want to be fairies, pirates or detectives, there is a Stagecoach Party for everyone!
