Stagecoach Tiverton

Stagecoach Tiverton was established in 2005 and founding Principal Lisa Isaac feels priviliged to be still encouraging local youngsters to harness and unleash their potential, imagination and talent. Our class sizes are kept deliberately small so our students can expect individual attention from teachers with a wealth of professional industry experience in acting, directing, choreography and singing. Every student is encouraged to reach their full potential and our classes also help build confidence, self esteem. Self expression and essential life skills are gained through learning a variety of musical theatre skills and having a whole lot of FUN!

July '19

Every student enjoyed their moment to shine in our end of summer term show 'Be Careful What You Wish For' performed for family and friends at Tiverton's New Hall in July '19. Pictured opposite are the stage 3 group singing their version of 'Shotgun' which they created and choreographed themselves to make it their unique own!

Students cast as extras

'The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society' is out in cinemas from April 20th '18. Congratulations to our many students cast as WW11 evacuees who gained invaluable experience on set for 2 hot, long days for their paid extra work at Clovelly Harbour, North Devon last May. Mike Newell directs a cast of top actors. A lovely memory well done!

Torquay Showcase Nov '18

Our performance troupe of 23 students aged between 8 and 17 sparkled on stage at Torquay's Princess Theatre performing in our self devised mini musical piece called 'On The Money ' as one of the acts in this South West Stagecoach regional showcase on November 18th. Well done everyone, you make us so proud!

West End Workshop

Ben Ellis, star of Andrew Lloyd Webber's T.V talent show 'Any Dream Will Do' and West End Performer from 'Hairspray' took our students through their paces in a 'Joseph and The Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat' themed workshop in July. Ben was happy to answer questions and chat about his career journey, offering valuable tips and advice too!

World Premier Performance

Bethany, aged 10, was cast as Baby Rabbit for the World Premier run of Julian Fellowes brand new musical 'The Wind In The Willows' at Theatre Royal Plymouth last October. The show transfers to the West End next July. 250 hopefuls auditioned for only 8 children's roles and we are so proud of Bethany who said 'It was the experience of a lifetime'

Ava in Cadbury Advent

More congratulations to Ava, aged 6, who successfully auditioned to feature in an online Cadbury Advent video. Ava's wide smile and enthusiasm was captured and selected for a joyous close up shot and she had such fantastic fun filming for the day in Devon. Winning smiles, Ava :)

Weekly Classes

Main Stages (for ages 6-18 yrs)

Main Stages classes are split in three age appropriate groups, where young people learn new skills in each of the complementary Musical Theatre disciplines of singing, dancing & drama. We nurture the shy and apprehensive, until they find their feet and voice, whilst at the same time developing and channelling those with bundles of talent, confidence and energy. We believe in the potential of every child!
