Stagecoach Swansea

Welcome to Stagecoach Swansea Performing Arts for children. We offer singing, dancing and acting lessons.

We provide part-time training in the Performing Arts for children aged 4-18 years. Our aim is to nurture and develop young potential through singing, dancing and acting classes for children - stretching young imaginations, building confidence and life skills whilst also having fun! Our Principal , Luan has a background as a professional dancer and choreographer, having trained at a full-time London Stage school herself (Italia Conti) as a young child then going onto pursue her love of Dance Theatre at the Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance. She is fully committed to providing a first class experience for her students, helping them grow in confidence, understand that "Teamwork makes a Dream work" as well as achieving individual goals and ambitions.

stagecoachathome: LIVE!

We have worked with our talented teachers to create a calendar of fun and exciting classes for our students to attend. Our three disciplines, singing, dancing and acting classes will be delivered to you every Saturday from 27th June. All you need is access to a computer and a safe space so your child can jump straight back into Stagecoach!

CoVid-19 School Closure

As the government advice changes frequently we cannot yet commit to a date for the new term. Our students' education is of the utmost importance. We hope to be able to run our schools during the Summer break. Should you wish to enrol onto a class, we will inform you when you will be able to start your 2 week trial - Keep safe and healthy!

Stagecoach Saturdays!

We can't run our classes at Stagecoach at the moment but instead we are filling our students' homes with Stagecoach instead! Short online classes are being sent every Friday and Saturday from April 17th so that our students can develop their skills at home and have a little Stagecoach in their lives. We are also sending out weekly challenges!

Weekly Classes

Early Stages (for ages 4-6 yrs)

Early Stages classes run alongside the main Stagecoach schools, where young people learn skills in each of the three Musical Theatre disciplines of singing, dancing & drama, so it is an easy step when it is time to transfer to the next stage.

(90 minutes each week)

Main Stages (for ages 6-18 yrs)

Main Stages classes are split in three age appropriate groups, where young people learn new skills in each of the complementary Musical Theatre disciplines of singing, dancing & drama. We nurture the shy and apprehensive, until they find their feet and voice, whilst at the same time developing and channelling those with bundles of talent, confidence and energy. We believe in the potential of every child!

(3 hrs each week)

Further Stages (for ages 15+ yrs)

Our advanced musical theatre sessions give talented students the chance to extend their performance skills.  Through in-depth training and master classes, we help students to hone their skills in singing, dancing and acting.  We also give students the confidence to audition for theatre and vocational drama schools (if that is their goal) and make sure they are well prepared for interviews and auditions.

Fees in accordance with Main Stages.
