Stagecoach Southampton

Hello and welcome to Stagecoach Southampton!  Now celebrating our 20th year, we give young people the opportunity to explore and perform musical theatre together in an educational, supportive and fun environment.  And of course none of this would be possible without my team of experienced and professional teachers with their skill and expertise in bringing out the best in students of all ages and abilities.  Over the years I have been very proud to see my students gain confidence and learn commitment, responsibility and teamwork - skills that I know are critical to their success both in school and in life.

Meet The Team

We'll be open as usual over both half term weekends at King Edward's and Thornden. Because of essential repair work, Thornden Hall theatre has had to be closed for several weeks but none of the studios used by Eastleigh students are affected by the closure. Please look out for our signs if any alternative entrances are in use.

Weekly Classes

Early Stages (for ages 4-6 yrs)

Early Stages classes run alongside the main Stagecoach schools, where young people learn skills in each of the three Musical Theatre disciplines of singing, dancing & drama, so it is an easy step when it is time to transfer to the next stage.

(90 minutes each week)

Main Stages (for ages 6-18 yrs)

Main Stages classes are split in three age appropriate groups, where young people learn new skills in each of the complementary Musical Theatre disciplines of singing, dancing & drama. We nurture the shy and apprehensive, until they find their feet and voice, whilst at the same time developing and channelling those with bundles of talent, confidence and energy. We believe in the potential of every child!

(3 hrs each week)
