Stagecoach Medway

Welcome to Stagecoach Medway Performing Arts

Stagecoach is the UK’s largest and most trusted network of part-time performing arts schools, with more than 2,300 schools and over 60,000 students worldwide. As part of Trafalgar Entertainment, a global leader in live theatre and performing arts, we bring world-class training, industry expertise, and exciting new opportunities to young people right here in Medway.

At Stagecoach Medway, we help children aged 4 to 18 find their voice, grow in confidence, and discover their creativity through weekly classes in singing, dancing, and acting. The skills they learn go well beyond the stage. Our students develop communication, resilience, teamwork, and self-belief, setting them up for life’s big stage and whatever direction they choose to take.

We’re proud of our warm, supportive atmosphere and our exceptional teaching team, all fully DBS checked and experienced in the performing arts industry. Whether a child is bursting with confidence or quietly finding their feet, every student is encouraged to thrive.

Stagecoach gave me not only the opportunity to learn about the dramatic arts but also enhanced my confidence and skills for life. No matter what direction you take in life, the skills acquired at Stagecoach are great as a foundation for any situation."

Katie - Student

I joined Stagecoach Medway when I was 6 and loved every minute. The teachers gave me the confidence and a platform to pursue a career in the performing arts. Whilst at Stagecoach I performed in local pantomimes and leaving I have performed in many West End shows - Matilda, Billy Elliot and Les Mis. I am currently in Busy Malone.

Kate, Steve and Zoe

"I just wanted to let you know how much we (and our supporting team of 5 others) enjoyed the show on Saturday. The children of all stages were amazing and so brave. I don’t mind admitting it brought a tear or two my eyes! They so obviously love what they do and they have such a great leadership team to get them through it. Well done to all of them"

Weekly Classes

Early Stages (for ages 4-6 yrs)

Stagecoach Early Stages

Our 90-minute Early Stages classes run alongside the main Stagecoach schools, giving young performers the chance to learn key skills in each of the three musical theatre disciplines of singing, dancing, and acting each week. These fun and engaging sessions build skills and confidence, so it is an easy step when it is time to transfer to the next stage.

Main Stages (for ages 6-18 yrs)

Stagecoach Main Stages
Our 3-hour weekly Main Stages classes are split in three age appropriate groups, where young people learn new skills in each of the complementary Musical Theatre disciplines of singing, dancing, and acting. We nurture the shy and apprehensive, until they find their feet and voice, whilst at the same time developing and channelling those with bundles of talent, confidence and energy. We believe in the potential of every child!

Further Stages (for ages 15+ yrs)

Stagecoach Further Stages
Our advanced musical theatre sessions give talented students the chance to extend their performance skills.  Through in-depth training and master classes, we help students to hone their skills in singing, dancing and acting.  We also give students the confidence to audition for theatre and vocational drama schools (if that is their goal) and make sure they are well prepared for interviews and auditions.

Fees in accordance with Main Stages.
