Stagecoach Performing Arts are proud to introduce our brand new school in the beautiful town of Market Harborough. We offer fun inspirational and educational performing arts classes enabling children and young people aged 4-18 the chance to explore to learn and express themselves in the most creative of environments.

Our team of industry professionals will help to develop your child's talents through workshops, performances and invaluable experiences. Kayleigh was a student at Stagecoach over 20 years ago and is now thrilled to be using her years of knowledge and experience in performing arts and teaching to head up our talented and passionate Market Harborough team as Principal.

We have worked with our talented teachers to create a calendar of fun and exciting classes for our students to attend. Our three disciplines, singing, dancing and acting classes will be delivered to you every Saturday from 16th May. All you need is access to a computer and a safe space so your child can jump straight back into Stagecoach

We are so proud to be able to announce that Stagecoach Market Harborough is now an Ofsted Registered Part-Time Performing Arts School, which means not only are we a regulated School offering your child top quality Performing Arts Training but we can now also accept Childcare Vouchers and Tax Free Childcare to make paying your fee's much easier!

Weekly Classes

Early Stages (for ages 4-6 yrs)

Early Stages classes run alongside the main Stagecoach schools, where young people learn skills in each of the three Musical Theatre disciplines of singing, dancing & drama, so it is an easy step when it is time to transfer to the next stage.

(90 minutes each week)

Main Stages (for ages 6-18 yrs)

Main Stages classes are split in three age appropriate groups, where young people learn new skills in each of the complementary Musical Theatre disciplines of singing, dancing & drama. We nurture the shy and apprehensive, until they find their feet and voice, whilst at the same time developing and channelling those with bundles of talent, confidence and energy. We believe in the potential of every child!

Meet The Team

Principal - Kayleigh Rafiq

Kayleigh was first introduced to Stagecoach over 20 years ago when she enrolled to learn the core skills that have stuck with her throughout her career. Performance was Kayleigh’s passion throughout school so she went on to study a BTEC National Diploma in Performing Arts a BA Hons in Musical theater as well as studying Fillm and TV Performance at Leeds Met.

On finishing her studies Kayleigh has been lucky enough to have performed in many entertainment teams here in the UK and abroad such as Tui Costa Del Sol and The Stage and Production House Newquay. She has also performed in many stage shows and pantomimes such as Fame and Jack and The Beanstalk in some beautiful theaters in the UK. Kayleigh has also ran and toured her own Vintage Performance company before more recently moving into Television Presenting at Gemporia as well as working as a voice over artist.

Throughout her working career Kayleigh has also taught all aspects of performing arts to children and young people preparing them for various shows and exams. She also had the opportunity to work as a performing arts practitioner at Barnardo’s children's Charity in Neath Port Talbot where she learned so many invaluable skills that now translate to her teaching capabilities.

Owning a performing arts school has been a life long dream for Kayleigh and she cant wait to use her knowledge and share her passion of performing arts with all the students at Stagecoach Market Harborough.
