In our Spring term, we offer a unique experience..RSL's Performance Arts Awards are the only musical theatre grade exams in the UK to individually grade each student within a group examination. They help develop fully rounded performance skills which develop student confidence and communication; skills that are essential for the rest of their lives

Early Stages

Early Stages have got the Golden ticket with their very exciting theme this Spring Term, "TAKE A STROLL WITH ROALD DAHL" Our little ones will be exploring all of Roald Dahl's most magical stories with songs and characters from Matilda, Charlie & the Chocolate Factory, James & the giant peach and many more. So much magic to discover!

Stage Combat

Back by popular demand the fantastic Fight Director Kiel O'Shea will be holding another Stage Combat workshop this Spring Term at Stagecoach Maidstone East, this time we're using Swords! Our Main Stages will be choreographing fight scenes using theatrical swords, learning how it's done in both film and theatre. (Appropriate from age 6 plus.)

In July 2018 we took 8 of our students on a fantastic trip to 'Dance the Dream' at Disneyland Paris. They walked the Disney Pre-Parade and opened the park singing "Be our Guest" in front of the Disney castle, and were even joined by Beauty & the Beast themselves. This was with another 500 Stagecoach students from around the world. Amazing!!

Main Stages

Main Stages will be exploring our theme "Growing up" We'll be dipping our toes into more mature work, discovering what it is to grow up through Musicals and Theatre. We'll be taking the next step with our Stage Combat and will be introducing Swords into the mix with our industry professional Kiel O'Shea. Let's take it up a notch!!

Weekly Classes

Early Stages (for ages 4-6 yrs)

Main Stages (for ages 6-18 yrs)

Main Stages classes are split in three age appropriate groups, where young people learn new skills in each of the complementary Musical Theatre disciplines of singing, dancing & drama.
