Stagecoach Loughton

Welcome to Stagecoach Loughton! One of the newest additions to the Stagecoach family. My goal is to create a school that is inclusive to all: Not just one that can train those wanting a future in the performing arts, but one that can bring children together - reach out and bring the whole community together!

One of my favourite things about Stagecoach is ‘Creative courage for life!’

I believe, with the support of my experienced, professional, creative teaching team; whether it’s through one hour of singing, dancing and acting a week, a workshop in the holidays, or a trip to perform on a professional stage; we can not only give students the ability and technique to perform in the spotlight, but also have them up there owning themselves with confidence. A skill which can transfer into any future!

Panto trip, oh yes it is!

On the 14th December we are going on a Stagecoach outing to see the pantomime Dick Whittington at the Tower Theatre in Dalston, and we will be meeting the cast for a photo after! All friends and family of current students are invited along too!

LAMDA exams!

‭LAMDA is one of the oldest and most respected awarding bodies. Their qualifications have helped hundreds of thousands of all ages and abilities to develop lifelong skills.‬ They are a great achievement and look really good for secondary school/FE interviews & can even earn UCAS points. Speak to Neil about securing a 1:1 space! Just £50/term.

Performance Opportunity

We are giving all of our existing students the chance to perform at a 60,000 seater stadium next term, for a big rugby match! Please note you must be a student to take part - please contact Zach ASAP if you wish to enrol this term! Current students - All you need to do is sign up using the form by the end of October!

Weekly Classes

Early Stages (for ages 4-6 yrs)

Early Stages classes run alongside the main Stagecoach schools, where young people learn skills in each of the three Musical Theatre disciplines of singing, dancing & drama, so it is an easy step when it is time to transfer to the next stage.

(90 minutes each week)

Main Stages (for ages 6-18 yrs)

Main Stages classes are split in three age appropriate groups, where young people learn new skills in each of the complementary Musical Theatre disciplines of singing, dancing & drama. We nurture the shy and apprehensive, until they find their feet and voice, whilst at the same time developing and channelling those with bundles of talent, confidence and energy. We believe in the potential of every child!

Meet The Team

Principal - Zach Mobley

Zach has had a varied career, both as an actor and in management. Graduating from The MTA - two times winner of the school of the year award - Zach’s credits include everything from assistant director at the Southwark Playhouse, to performing in New Musical Theatre workshops and concerts at some of the best venues in the west end, pantomimes, theatre in education, performing as a dancer on televised music awards, presenting educational series and commercials. Most recently Zach has be seen working on the workshop performance of ‘Atmosphere The Musical’ at the Iris Theatre, Covent Garden, and is now touring schools with 'West End in Schools' with pantomimes! Oh yes he is! Zach’s performing career, not only gives the knowledge of technique, but also the understanding of how much work & confidence is required to be in ‘show business!’ Zach has also managed for some of the biggest retailers in the country, giving him a strong understanding of business as he opens his first franchise with Stagecoach. Zach’s bringing together his experience and passion in Stagecoach Loughton, and is excited for what the future holds!
