Stagecoach Long Eaton

Welcome to Stagecoach Long Eaton’s website. We are a well established school with a team of dedicated and professional teachers. We aim to help the children thrive in a fun and encouraging environment from week to week. If your child loves to sing, dance or act for you at home, this is the place to bring them to to enhance those skills! Maybe your child lacks confidence and you want to help them through this. We can help them! Each week, children aged 4-18 will experience 3 sessions of drama, dance and singing and make new friends at the same time. We encourage a community environment at our school by inviting parents in twice a year to watch performances.

Noticeboard

Our 15 year anniversary!

Stagecoach Long Eaton was established over 15 years ago and ran from the Alderman White school as Stagecoach Beeston for most of that time. We have now renamed our school to match the new venue we run from (the Long Eaton School), but we are still the same Stagecoach you all know and love with over 30 years of experience in the industry!

Two Week Trial

Why not book a 2 week trial with us? It's just £25 for Early Stages (4-6 yrs - 90mins each week), and £50 for Main Stages (6+ years - 3 hours each week). (Sibling discount of 50% for Main Stages - 6-18 yrs). After your child's 2 week trial, should they wish to enrol for the full term, the trial fees paid will be deducted from the full term's fees.

Stunning new venue & name

We moved to our stunning new wheelchair accessible venue & changed our name from Stagecoach Beeston in September 2017. The Long Eaton school offers our students fantastic facilities, including a 220-seat auditorium for our end of term performances & bright, fresh spaces to learn in. The new venue has excellent road links from surrounding areas.

Weekly Classes

Early Stages (for ages 4-6 yrs)

Early Stages classes run alongside the main Stagecoach schools, where young people learn skills in each of the three Musical Theatre disciplines of singing, dancing & drama, so it is an easy step when it is time to transfer to the next stage.

(90 minutes each week)

Main Stages (for ages 6-18 yrs)

Main Stages classes are split in three age appropriate groups, where young people learn new skills in each of the complementary Musical Theatre disciplines of singing, dancing & drama. We nurture the shy and apprehensive, until they find their feet and voice, whilst at the same time developing and channelling those with bundles of talent, confidence and energy. We believe in the potential of every child!

(3 hrs each week)

Further Stages (for ages 15+ yrs)

Our advanced musical theatre sessions give talented students the chance to extend their performance skills.  Through in-depth training and master classes, we help students to hone their skills in singing, dancing and acting.  We also give students the confidence to audition for theatre and vocational drama schools (if that is their goal) and make sure they are well prepared for interviews and auditions.

Fees in accordance with Main Stages.
