OUR STUDENTS

Past students have gone on to have incredible careers, some in the Performing Arts but many outside the industry. The one thing that makes them great is the variety of skill sets instilled in them at Stagecoach. Teamwork, good listening, empathy, resilience. The list goes on. We are equally proud of all of them. RADA - Oxford - Warwick. Amazing!!

LAMDA Examinations

Shine Brighter with LAMDA at Stagecoach Kensington! We offer one-to-one LAMDA coaching in Acting and Verse & Prose, helping students boost confidence, communication, presentation and memory skills while working towards recognised LAMDA exams. Our results are exceptional; this year, every student achieved a Distinction or Merit.

HOLIDAY WORKSHOPS

We run holiday workshops - action packed weeks of drama, dance and singing culminating in a performance for family and friends on the last day. Ages from 4 to 16 years - no experience necessary. Our summer workshop parents couldn't believe how much the children learned in just one week!

Perform in the West End

Our Performance Troupe were so excited to be part of a Stagecoach gala evening held at 'The Shaftesbury Theatre' in London's West End at the end of March. The students all said it was an amazing experience and would love to do it again. So we're back performing this November! Very exciting!

Pride of Britain Awards

Students from Stagecoach Kensington were invited to attend the Pride of Britain Awards at the Grosvenor House Hotel - they lined the red carpet and greeted guests as they arrived to attend the prestigious event. Our students were so lucky and excited to meet and have pics taken with a lot of celebrities. We have been invited again this year!

STAGECOACH UNIFORM

Stagecoach uniform can be purchased at your school or at www.stagecoachshop.co.uk . Please note uniform is COMPULSORY for ALL our students. Students who do not have their jazz shoes must perform barefoot. We advise you order at least 1 size bigger than regular shoe size. T-Shirts are available in all sizes and black leggings or joggers are ideal.

Weekly Classes

Early Stages (for ages 4-6 yrs)

Stagecoach Early Stages

Our 90-minute Early Stages classes run alongside the main Stagecoach schools, giving young performers the chance to learn key skills in each of the three musical theatre disciplines of singing, dancing, and acting each week. These fun and engaging sessions build skills and confidence, so it is an easy step when it is time to transfer to the next stage.

Main Stages (for ages 6-18 yrs)

Stagecoach Main Stages
Our 3-hour weekly Main Stages classes are split in three age appropriate groups, where young people learn new skills in each of the complementary Musical Theatre disciplines of singing, dancing, and acting. We nurture the shy and apprehensive, until they find their feet and voice, whilst at the same time developing and channelling those with bundles of talent, confidence and energy. We believe in the potential of every child!

Meet The Team

Principal - Nicole Head

Nicole grew up with the performing arts, regularly going to West End Shows and then becoming a Stagecoach student herself in Richmond, London. During this time, Nicole starred in the Opera ‘Madama Butterfly’ at Richmond Theatre, recorded a song at Abbey Road Studios and was the lead in their annual show ‘Joseph in the Technicolour Dreamcoat’. Nicole has first hand experience of how Stagecoach can help a student gain confidence, creatively express themselves and build relationships that will last forever. After leaving Stagecoach, Nicole studied at the University of Liverpool and graduated with a Marketing and Business degree. Since moving back to London, Nicole continued working in marketing and business but has missed working within the performing arts industry.

Nicole strongly believes that her relationship and experience with Stagecoach will allow students to work in a safe environment where they can freely express themselves, build upon life skills and enhance their confidence. Nicole is incredibly passionate about the performing arts and looks forward to welcoming students into the school!
