Stagecoach Halifax

Welcome to Stagecoach Halifax. Stagecoach is the Uk’s largest network of part time performing arts schools for children. We are proud to offer a full and rounded education, teaching life skills to build confidence and stretch imaginations through performing arts. Every student has the opportunity to train in all three disciplines – Singing, Dance and Drama – with our highly qualified, dedicated and passionate teachers.
Principal Oleksandra worked at Stagecoach Halifax as the singing teacher and is proud to now be leading a school with such a great reputation.
Our aim is to nurture and develop children’s potential and talents and give them a chance to not only perform successfully on stage but also, more importantly, to perform better in life.

We are delighted to announce that our Choir has been chosen to perform at the prestigious Stagecoach Charity Gala at the Shaftesbury Theatre, London in December following our performance at the Birmingham Symphony Hall. This event is 'THE EVENT' of the year, a red carpet evening designed to showcase the best of the best. Well done everyone!

Did you know that Stagecoach Halifax offers students the chance to take LAMDA exams? Students work with our professional coach to prepare their pieces and then perform in front of an examiner. These exams are a fantastic way to improve children's' confidence as well as expanding their skill set. Please contact us for more information.

Weekly Classes

Early Stages (for ages 4-6 yrs)

Early Stages classes run alongside the main Stagecoach schools, where young people learn skills in each of the three Musical Theatre disciplines of singing, dancing & drama, so it is an easy step when it is time to transfer to the next stage.

(90 minutes each week)

Main Stages (for ages 6-18 yrs)

Main Stages classes are split in three age appropriate groups, where young people learn new skills in each of the complementary Musical Theatre disciplines of singing, dancing & drama. We nurture the shy and apprehensive, until they find their feet and voice, whilst at the same time developing and channelling those with bundles of talent, confidence and energy. We believe in the potential of every child!
