Stagecoach Glasgow

Welcome to Stagecoach Glasgow where we provide quality part-time training in the performing arts for children aged 4-18yrs.

Our aim is to nurture and develop young potential through singing, acting and dance classes stretching young imaginations and building confidence.

Our students take part in weekly skill building classes run by professionals from the entertainment industry - actors, directors, dancers, choreographers, singers and musical directors. Students from 6 to 18 years come for three hours per week, students from 4 – 6 years come for one and a half hours per week.

For our more ambitious students there are opportunities to gain professional work in television, film and theatre. Recent professional work gained by Stagecoach Glasgow students includes CBBC’s Eve, feature films Scottish Mussell, Where Do We Go From Here, and Tide.

You can either enrol at Stagecoach Glasgow or visit our other school at Stagecoach Glasgow North.

Stagecoach Glasgow's early stages classes run for one and a half hours and are designed for younger students from 4 to 6 years old. Classes are a fun mix of singing, dance and drama with a dedicated musical theatre teacher and classroom assistant. We have classes on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturday mornings and Saturday afternoons.

Weekly Classes

Early Stages (for ages 4-6 yrs)

Early Stages classes run alongside the main Stagecoach schools, where young people learn skills in each of the three Musical Theatre disciplines of singing, dancing & drama, so it is an easy step when it is time to transfer to the next stage.

(90 minutes each week)

Main Stages (for ages 6-18 yrs)

Main Stages classes are split in three age appropriate groups, where young people learn new skills in each of the complementary Musical Theatre disciplines of singing, dancing & drama. We nurture the shy and apprehensive, until they find their feet and voice, whilst at the same time developing and channelling those with bundles of talent, confidence and energy. We believe in the potential of every child!
