Enrolling now for the Autumn term at Stagecoach Crawley.

Stagecoach Crawley provides a drama academy, dance school and singing classes all under one roof. Every student has the opportunity to perform at the of the Autumn term, in each of the performing arts disciplines. Sessions are led by a fantastic team of teachers and it all happens in a supportive and welcoming working atmosphere. As well as young people developing skills in Singing (tonality, rhythm, diction, vibrato), dance classes featuring a range of styles (contemporary, jazz, street dance, modern and ballet) and Drama classes offering performing skills too (script work, improvisation, mask and mime) - it is important to remember that the Stagecoach Crawley Theatre School also offers skills for life.

Confidence, Creativity and independent enquiry are now all pre-requisites for future employment and at Stagecoach Crawley - we look to nurture each students’ natural ability and individually work with them to stretch their talents and personal capabilities.

Two Week Trial

Would you like to book a 2 week trial with us? It's only £25 for Early Stages - 4-6 yrs for a 90 minute Singing, Dancing and Acting. Main Stages £50 - 6-18 yrs for 3 hours. After your 2 week trial, should you wish to enrol for the full term, the fees paid will be deducted from the full term's fees.

DISNEYLAND PARIS

Stagecoach Crawley students have been invited to perform at Disneyland Paris in Summer 2018! Students will perform in the Disney Parade, and take part in a workshop with the Disney cast in this 3-night 4-day magical adventure. We are so excited.

PERFORMANCE OPPORTUNITIES

Stagecoach Crawley students regularly take part in events at The Hawth Theatre. Our students perform in the FORWARD MOTION show at The Hawth every year and recently performed on stage with the cast of ABBA 'Thank You for the Music. We also perform locally in several events. Having a great time and building confidence too!

LAMDA PERFORMANCE EXAMS

Student have the opertunity to harness their creative skills with our private tutor. Partaking in examinations graded by The London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art The exams aim to build confidence and performance skills. Medal awards also enable students to gain UCAS points which can be used towards gaining places at university

STAGECOACH AGENCY

The Stagecoach Talent Agency UK represent young performers aged between 4 - 18 years currently attending Stagecoach Theatre Arts schools and wishing to be represented by an agent.The Agency offers Stagecoach students opportunities to take part in exciting and worthwhile experiences from a wide range of entertainment platforms.

Weekly Classes

Early Stages (for ages 4-6 yrs)

Early Stages classes run alongside the main Stagecoach schools, where young people learn skills in each of the three Musical Theatre disciplines of singing, dancing & drama, so it is an easy step when it is time to transfer to the next stage.

(90 minutes each week)

Main Stages (for ages 6-18 yrs)

Main Stages classes are split in three age appropriate groups, where young people learn new skills in each of the complementary Musical Theatre disciplines of singing, dancing & drama. We nurture the shy and apprehensive, until they find their feet and voice, whilst at the same time developing and channelling those with bundles of talent, confidence and energy. We believe in the potential of every child!

(3 hrs each week)

Further Stages (for ages 15+ yrs)

Our advanced musical theatre sessions give talented students the chance to extend their performance skills.  Through in-depth training and master classes, we help students to hone their skills in singing, dancing and acting.  We also give students the confidence to audition for theatre and vocational drama schools (if that is their goal) and make sure they are well prepared for interviews and auditions.

Meet The Team

Principal - Rosie Biggs

Rosie trained as an actress at the Arts Educational School London. Prior to running Stagecoach Crawley, she has been a Stagecoach and LAMDA teacher for over 10 years. She has worked with students aged 4-64 and is delighted to now be a principal. She was also a Stagecoach student at the Head Office School in Walton for 8 years. Her recent acting credits include ‘New Tricks’ BBC and several television advertisements. She lives with her two daughters Gracie and Poppy and her partner Adam. She’s so excited to welcome you all to a fun and exciting learning environment where all students are valued on their individual merit and encouraged to be creative.
