Weekly Classes

Early Stages (for ages 4-6 yrs)

Stagecoach Early Stages

Our 90-minute Early Stages classes run alongside the main Stagecoach schools, giving young performers the chance to learn key skills in each of the three musical theatre disciplines of singing, dancing, and acting each week. These fun and engaging sessions build skills and confidence, so it is an easy step when it is time to transfer to the next stage.

Main Stages (for ages 6-18 yrs)

Stagecoach Main Stages
Our 3-hour weekly Main Stages classes are split in three age appropriate groups, where young people learn new skills in each of the complementary Musical Theatre disciplines of singing, dancing, and acting. We nurture the shy and apprehensive, until they find their feet and voice, whilst at the same time developing and channelling those with bundles of talent, confidence and energy. We believe in the potential of every child!

Further Stages (for ages 15+ yrs)

Stagecoach Further Stages
Our advanced musical theatre sessions give talented students the chance to extend their performance skills.  Through in-depth training and master classes, we help students to hone their skills in singing, dancing and acting.  We also give students the confidence to audition for theatre and vocational drama schools (if that is their goal) and make sure they are well prepared for interviews and auditions.

Fees in accordance with Main Stages.

Meet The Team

Principal - Lauren Guindé

From a young age Lauren has always had a huge passion for Music and the Performing Arts. She performed in many concerts, competitions & shows but her favourite production was playing Cogsworth in her first Stagecoach workshop. This experience encouraged her to become an assistant, Early Stages Teacher, Singing teacher, Manager and then a Principal.

At the age of 16, she started her own business teaching violin and vocals to children. After graduating at BIMM through Sussex University with a BA Hons in Professional Musicianship, Lauren continued her professional career working abroad at hotel residencies in Asia. She went on to work for Carnival Cruises, managing her band and creating her own shows. After returning to land, she became a Music teacher at both Primary and Secondary schools and understands how important music is.

Some of her performance achievements include achieving distinctions in both her Grade 8 Vocals with Trinity & RSL, Acting Silver medal with LAMDA and performing at the IndigO2.

Lauren was a Principal of Stagecoach Otford and is delighted with the progress she made to make it an established, flourishing and welcoming school. Currently, her extensive qualifications and professional experience helped her to build her own business as a Vocal Coach/Mentor. Lauren truly believes in ‘Creative Courage for life’ and what the Performing Arts brings to every student. She knows how crucial it is to provide a safe environment for students, to encourage them to shine and help them shape their future. Lauren is very excited to take over Stagecoach Cheam & Worcester Park and cannot wait to spread the joy of performing arts with her fabulous team!
