Many students of Stagecoach go on to train professionally and work in the performance industry but also at the heart of Stagecoach is Creative Courage For Life; a place to build confidence, explore creativity and develop life and social skills, that children can draw upon beyond being with us at Stagecoach.

We offer LAMDA exams , New Era exams and also accept childcare vocuhers and tax-free childcare vouchers in our oustanding OFSTED-registered theatre school.

Our week to week term time classes take place in a fun and energetic performance environment - so come along and be good at being you!

Early Stages (for ages 4-6 yrs)

Stagecoach Early Stages
Early Stages classes run alongside the main Stagecoach schools, where young people learn skills in each of the three Musical Theatre disciplines of singing, dancing & drama, so it is an easy step when it is time to transfer to the next stage.

(90 minutes each week)

Main Stages (for ages 6-18 yrs)

Stagecoach Main Stages
Main Stages classes are split in three age appropriate groups, where young people learn new skills in each of the complementary Musical Theatre disciplines of singing, dancing & drama. We believe in the potential of every child!

Further Stages (for ages 15+ yrs)

Stagecoach Further Stages
Our advanced musical theatre sessions give talented students the chance to extend their performance skills.  Through in-depth training and master classes, we help students to hone their skills in singing, dancing and acting.  We also give students the confidence to audition for theatre and vocational drama schools (if that is their goal) and make sure they are well prepared for interviews and auditions.

Fees in accordance with Main Stages.

Meet The Team

Principal - Tilly James

Tilly has been a part of the Stagecoach family for over eight years and is thrilled to now be furthering her Stagecoach journey as the Principal of Stagecoach Buckingham. As a previous singing teacher for Stagecoach Tilly has first handedly witnessed the positive impact that the creative arts can have on children and their unique life journey.

Passionate for the arts Tilly started her training aged 11 at the Arts Educational School, Tring Park. She then furthered her training with East 15 Acting school and gained a performance degree with London College of Music.

Tilly has performed professionally, singing in Jazz bands, cabarets, short films and pantomimes but teaching and working with children in a creative way has always been a constant part of her professional career.

As a triple threat, Tilly has taught a variety of disciplines for Stagecoach in both the Main School and Early Stages and has been part of the process when preparing students for professional events such as Her Majesties and the National Theatre.

Tilly has choreographed and devised material for the holiday workshops both around London and further a field and has taught drama and music in primary and secondary schools - where she developed innovative  ways in which to engage and ignite students enthusiasm for the arts.

Tilly is extremely excited to have the opportunity to inspire and work with the children of Stagecoach.
