Stagecoach Bradford

A very big welcome to Stagecoach Bradford! Anyone that comes to visit us here agrees that there is a wonderful atmosphere, and the schools are buzzing with energy and excitement. Stagecoach provides children aged 4-18 with the opportunity to participate in all three performing arts disciplines - drama classes, dance classes and singing classes - helping to develop confidence, physical awareness, communication and articulation - as well as being educational and lots of fun.

ABBA Mania

A massive well done to our students who performed with ABBA Mania last week! You were all brilliant! They all were given a solo at different points in the performance as well as ensemble singing - we hope you enjoyed the show!

Weekly Classes

Early Stages (for ages 4-6 yrs)

Stagecoach Early Stages
Early Stages classes run alongside the main Stagecoach schools, where young people learn skills in each of the three Musical Theatre disciplines of singing, dancing & drama, so it is an easy step when it is time to transfer to the next stage.

(90 minutes each week)

Main Stages (for ages 6-18 yrs)

Stagecoach Main Stages
Main Stages classes are split in three age appropriate groups, where young people learn new skills in each of the complementary Musical Theatre disciplines of singing, dancing & drama. We nurture the shy and apprehensive, until they find their feet and voice, whilst at the same time developing and channelling those with bundles of talent, confidence and energy. We believe in the potential of every child!

Meet The Team

Principal - Heather Salvador

Heather trained at the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama. It was there that she discovered her love of teaching. She taught for Stagecoach in Glasgow and when she returned to Yorkshire she was offered the post of singing teacher at Stagecoach in Leeds. She has since taught a wide range of students from leading baby music classes to teaching for Bradford College. She has worked within primary and secondary schools, post-16 colleges and been Musical Director for various adult groups throughout the country.

Heather originally became Principal of Stagecoach Horsforth in 2005 during which time the school thrived under her direction.  In 2009 she took a career break to look after her two young sons.  She is very excited to be Principal once again at Horsforth and has many performance opportunities planned for students over the next year.
