WEST END PERFORMANCE

We are so incredibly proud of our Performance Troupe, who lit up the stage at The Shaftesbury Theatre in London’s iconic West End. They enthralled the audience with a captivating piece—a modern twist on the myth of Pandora’s Box and set to the music of Taylor Swift. What a brilliant performance by this talented group!

Weekly Classes

Early Stages (for ages 4-6 yrs)

Stagecoach Early Stages

Our 90-minute Early Stages classes run alongside the main Stagecoach schools, giving young performers the chance to learn key skills in each of the three musical theatre disciplines of singing, dancing, and acting each week. These fun and engaging sessions build skills and confidence, so it is an easy step when it is time to transfer to the next stage.

Main Stages (for ages 6-18 yrs)

Stagecoach Main Stages
Our 3-hour weekly Main Stages classes are split in three age appropriate groups, where young people learn new skills in each of the complementary Musical Theatre disciplines of singing, dancing, and acting. We nurture the shy and apprehensive, until they find their feet and voice, whilst at the same time developing and channelling those with bundles of talent, confidence and energy. We believe in the potential of every child!

Further Stages (for ages 15+ yrs)

Stagecoach Further Stages
Our advanced musical theatre sessions give talented students the chance to extend their performance skills.  Through in-depth training and master classes, we help students to hone their skills in singing, dancing and acting.  We also give students the confidence to audition for theatre and vocational drama schools (if that is their goal) and make sure they are well prepared for interviews and auditions.

Fees in accordance with Main Stages.

Meet The Team

Principal - Emily King

Emily's love for the performing arts began at an early age, and she can't even remember a time when she wasn’t singing her way through life! A graduate of Royal Holloway University of London, Emily studied Music (BMus), specialising in performance. As a classically trained singer, she has worked with esteemed teachers and furthered her studies in Opera Performance at Birkbeck University of London. She has performed in solo recitals, concerts, musical theatre productions, and opera, but it was during her training when she began teaching children and young adults that Emily discovered her true passion; inspiring and developing the performers of the future!

Emily taught one-to-one singing lessons for over a decade, successfully coaching students through music scholarships, graded performance examinations (ABRSM & LCM), auditions for both local and West End theatre roles, and University/Drama School applications. She was the singing teacher at Stagecoach Ascot for nearly 7 years before proudly becoming Principal over 11 years ago.

Emily adores her role as Principal of Stagecoach Ascot; bringing her enthusiasm, experience & direction to all those wanting to make the creative arts a central part of their own personal journey. Emily drives the ethos at the heart of Stagecoach Ascot and believes every child is unique with their own valuable strengths and personal relationship with the performing arts. At Stagecoach Ascot, she has cultivated a nurturing, inclusive and creative environment which provides skills for life through acting, dance and drama classes that will benefit children's future ambitions whatever they may be.
