Weekly Classes

Early Stages (for ages 4-6 yrs)

Stagecoach Early Stages
Early Stages classes run alongside the main Stagecoach schools, where young people learn skills in each of the three Musical Theatre disciplines of singing, dancing & drama, so it is an easy step when it is time to transfer to the next stage.

Meet The Team

Principal - Jodie McLachlan

Jodie found a passion for dance at an early age and with it her love of performing arts grew. Keen to further her education in this direction, Jodie gained a BTEC in Performing arts which led on to successfully gain a degree in dance & culture from Surrey university.
Jodie went on to work for the BBC, Channel 4 and more, providing voiceovers for many of their hit shows.
Alongside performing Jodie began her teaching career at stagecoach and was able to witness first hand how stagecoach improved not only the student’s performance skills but helped to build their confidence in so many aspects of their lives.  Watching students succeed and grow ultimately lead Jodie to have a school of her own. Jodie has a real passion for performing but also how the training and environment created by stagecoach can help so many to go on and achieve great success in their chosen fields.
Jodie has worked within the network for over 8 years and during that time, she has taught Early stages, Main stages, Further stages and managed a number of successful schools. This includes helping develop students to go on and secure roles in T.V, film and West End shows such as Matilda, School of Rock, Kinky Boots, Les Mis and more.
