Stagecoach Stoke Newington

Hello! Welcome to Stagecoach Stoke Newington!

Our number one passion is empowering our students and building their confidence. We personally believe drama should be taught as part of the core curriculum in every child’s life. In an era that does not allow for creative subjects to be taught in schools it is excruciatingly important now more than ever for children and adults to be allowed to explore their imaginations and creative passions which is why I fell in love with Stagecoach when I was ten years old and still love it today.

I am so excited that you have chosen to empower your children with Stagecoach Stoke Newington. Our aim is to guide each and every one of our students to develop creatively, grow confidently and to ignite their passions whether that is in performing arts or performing arts is just a stepping stone towards finding it, Stagecoach Stoke Newington, myself and all the teachers here will continue to be their cheerleader.

Hope too see you soon!

Meet The Team

Principal - Natalie Wright

Hi! I am Natalie Anson-Wright and I am elated to introduce myself as the new Principal at Stagecoach Stoke Newington. My Stagecoach journey started (ahem) a good few years ago when I first started Drama, Dance and Singing training at Stagecoach Theatre Arts Aylesbury, when I was just ten years old. I loved every second of my training and when I was fifteen I was asked to help out with the Early Stages classes which ignited my love for sharing my passions and passing that creative fire along to others.

Since my Stagecoach days I have trained at The University of Chichester gaining a degree in Dance and Performing Arts. After a long stint of shows including The Elephant Man, One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest and premiering The Tree, I then headed over to New York in 2014 to train at The Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute. On graduating I then pursued a more TV and film oriented career and landed roles in Mr Selfridge, Our little Haven, The Party and most recently the new Matilda film.

Alongside my acting career I have always taught drama and dancing and in 2018 I went over to LA and gained my accreditation in coaching The Ivana Chubbuck Technique as a qualified acting coach. With experience teaching all range of ages - Babies to adults - and teaching at a huge variety of different places - schools to corporate events - I have a grandeur of experience and a wealth of knowledge that I cannot wait to bring to Stagecoach Stoke Newington.

My number one passion is empowering my students and building their confidence. I personally believe drama should be taught as part of the core curriculum in every child’s life. In an era that does not allow for creative subjects to be taught in schools it is excruciatingly important now more than ever for children and adults to be allowed to explore their imaginations and creative passions which is why I fell in love with Stagecoach when I was ten years old and still love it today.
