Welcome to Stagecoach Chepstow where we provide quality part-time training in the performing arts for children aged 4-18yrs. Our aim is to nurture and develop young potential through singing, acting and dance classes in Chepstow, stretching young imaginations and building confidence. Sue’s belief for her students is to develop inner confidence to equip themselves with essential life skill whilst continuing to have fun!

Meet the team
Meet our Principal
Heidi’s passion for performing began before she could walk or talk, leading her to train at the prestigious Italia Conti Academy, graduating with a BA (Hons) in Acting. She has performed across genres from Shakespeare to pantomime, with highlights including BBC Radio dramas and performing as beloved Disney characters in Paris. With a PGCE and years of Stagecoach teaching, Heidi is thrilled to combine her love for theatre, teaching and family life as Principal.

Hayley Evans
Manager
Hayley has managed two Stagecoach schools for five years and teaches Dance and Drama. A former Stagecoach pupil, she holds a BA (Hons) in Dance and has experience across ballet, tap, contemporary, street, and Latin, winning national titles. Hayley has choreographed, directed shows, led charity projects, and now works as an associate agent, inspiring students to follow their dreams and reach their full potential.

Charlotte Bevan
Early Stages
I teach Early Stages at Cwmbran (5 yrs) and Monmouth (since Sept). As a former Stagecoach Cwmbran student, I performed in shows and completed LAMDA exams to Acting Grade 6, now coaching students up to Grade 8. I also have experience as a TA, and hold a Higher Education Certificate in Early Years, with practical placements supporting my teaching practice.

Drama
14 years experience in Stagecoach as a student and a teacher (for drama and earlies). Degree(BA hons) in theatre and drama. Foundation degree in performing arts. Experience working in schools as a 1-1 for children with special needs.

Singing
I’ve worked in education since 2014, from SEN mentoring to teaching Music at Calderstones School and LIPA. I’ve tutored over 30 private vocal and piano students weekly and taught internationally in Abu Dhabi for four years. Now Head of Music at Dean Close St Johns, I bring experience in musical theatre and other styles, using my creativity and performance insight to support rehearsals and help students thrive.

Dance
Katie holds a BA Hons First Class Degree in Theatre Dance from London Studio Centre. She has taught at various dance schools across South Wales and was a member of English Youth Ballet. Katie has also performed as a soloist for National Dance Company Wales and National Youth Dance Wales. She is a multiple winner of the Welsh and English Dance Championships in several categories.
