Stagecoach Aylesbury

Stagecoach Aylesbury has been providing quality part-time training in singing, dancing and acting for over 20 years. We are passionate about inspiring young people to be proficient performers and the positive effects that this has upon their development.
Frequent performance opportunities are combined with excellent skills training each term. Many students go on to train and work professionally but far more importantly, we provide a safe and nurturing environment for students to build confidence and self esteem, and grow as individuals. These are invaluable skills to carry and draw upon for the rest of their lives.
Open every week during term time and workshops during the school holidays, come join the fun!

Waterside Theatre

The youngest troupe we've ever put on stage, took the Stagecoach Showcase by storm and absolutely blew us away with their energy and pizzazz during an amazing Hairspray performance!

His Majesty's Theatre

Our Dance Troupe served an EPIC 8-minute Taylor Swift routine and brought the house down at His Majesty's Theatre (home of Phantom of the Opera). Hard work during rehearsals, but wow it was worth it!! Flawless performance in an amazing theatre!

Shaftesbury Theatre

WOW! Our Singing Troupe brought the house down at the iconic Shaftesbury Theatre! They sang their hearts out in an epic 12 minute vocal performance which was the highlight of the evening. Weekly Classes

Early Stages (for ages 4-6 yrs)

Stagecoach Early Stages
Early Stages classes run alongside the main Stagecoach schools, where young people learn skills in each of the three Musical Theatre disciplines of singing, dancing & drama, so it is an easy step when it is time to transfer to the next stage.

(90 minutes each week)

Main Stages (for ages 6-18 yrs)

Stagecoach Main Stages
Main Stages classes are split in three age appropriate groups, where young people learn new skills in each of the complementary Musical Theatre disciplines of singing, dancing & drama. We nurture the shy and apprehensive, until they find their feet and voice, whilst at the same time developing and channelling those with bundles of talent, confidence and energy. We believe in the potential of every child!

Meet The Team

Principal - Richard Chatterley

Richard is a passionate believer in the benefits Stagecoach training provides children and is one of our biggest advocates for Creative Courage for Life. Having been plucked from the audience to first appear on stage at the London Palladium in the musical Barnum back in 1982, he went on to tread the boards throughout his formative years and attributes much of his success in adult life to the confidence and skills learnt during this time. For the last 10 years or so, Richard has since enjoyed performing with his trusty guitar at music festivals in the summer months.

Coming from a true Stagecoach family (his wife, Tracey, is Principal of Stagecoach Leighton Buzzard and both children, Nathaniel, 11 and Alexandra, 9, are avid Stagecoach students) he has seen first-hand the positive impact Stagecoach has on children and is proud to be writing the current chapter of the Stagecoach Aylesbury story.
