Welcome to Stagecoach Marlborough! We offer part-time theatre arts training for ages 4–18, with expert teachers nurturing creativity, confidence, and friendships. Our dynamic singing, dancing, and acting classes provide a safe, supportive space to explore talents, develop skills, and follow dreams. Join us for a two-week trial and discover the magic of Stagecoach, where every child gains creative confidence for life.

Early Stages classes give children the opportunity to make new friends and have fun exploring each of the three musical theatre disciplines of singing, dancing and drama, as well as learning key life skills along the way.

(6 – 18 year-olds)

Main Stages classes are split in three age-appropriate groups, where children develop skills in the three musical theatre disciplines of singing, dancing and drama. These confidence-boosting classes see children build key life skills we call Creative Courage for Life®.

Further Stages

(15+ year-olds)

Our Further Stages give older students the chance to extend their performance skills. Through in-depth training, we help students to hone their skills in singing, dancing and acting. We also give students the confidence to audition for theatre and vocational drama schools (if that is their goal) and make sure they are well prepared for interviews and auditions.

Meet the team

Meet our Principal

Chloe brings over 20 years of performing arts experience and a background in education and SEN. A performer, director, and teacher, she’s passionate about nurturing confidence, creativity, and self-expression. At Stagecoach Marlborough, Chloe leads a vibrant, inclusive environment where young talents can flourish, explore musical theatre, and develop Creative Courage For Life.

The Teachers

  • Jess Finlay-Black LLB (Hons) Law

    Manager

    Jess has loved the arts since childhood, joining her local theatre at 11 and performing in shows like Looking for JJ and Cinderella. She holds a Law degree, enjoys theatre and comedy, and has assisted Stagecoach Summer Workshops since 2018. Now an integral team member and Principal Absence trained, Jess also works in Anti-Money Laundering outside Stagecoach.

  • Olivia Barr

    Drama, Dance, Singing, Early Stages, Further Stages

    Olivia began dancing at 3 and has built her career ever since, gaining top grades in GCSE and A-level Dance and completing the ADPA Teaching Diploma. She now studies at the University of Bournemouth and teaches fun, energetic Early Stages classes, inspiring children to grow in confidence, develop skills, and love dance as much as she does.

  • Sasha Shepherd

    Drama

    Sasha trained in Musical Theatre for 10 years, studying at top schools and earning a BTEC in Performing Arts and a Music Performance degree. Drawn to acting, she performed in professional shows, short films, and TV, and trained at The Identity School of Acting. Teaching for five years, she now works with students of all abilities, creating a positive, supportive environment while sharing her passion for performing arts.

  • Leah Willoughby

    Dance

    Leah began dancing at a young age, training in Latin, Ballroom, jazz, tap, ballet, modern, contemporary, and commercial styles before studying Musical Theatre and Dance professionally. She holds a TCL diploma and a BA (Hons) in Dance, specialising in education. Leah has performed extensively in London and abroad, is ISTD trained, and has taught in schools and community workshops since 2013.

  • Libby Pais

    Drama, Singing, Early Stages, Further Stages

    Libby’s love of performing arts began as a Stagecoach student, leading to roles in Waitress and The Addams Family. Since 2022 she’s shared her passion at other Stagecoach schools and is thrilled to join the team, bringing energy, creativity, and dedication to inspire confidence, creativity, and fun in every student.

  • Gregor Brown

    Early Stages Teacher

    Gregor began at Stagecoach Marlborough aged 4, developing a love of Musical Theatre, confidence, and creative skills. He trained full-time in London, earning a distinction in his Level 2 Diploma and is now working towards Level 3. Gregor loves performing and is passionate about sharing his knowledge to inspire a love of the performing arts in others.

  • Bella Hall-Cooper

    Early Stages Assistant

    Bella has always loved the arts, growing in confidence from school productions to Stagecoach Furthers, and now sharing her passion with Early Stages every Saturday. Alongside teaching, she represents Great Britain in tumbling gymnastics and is studying at college. Bella feels lucky to inspire children to express their creativity and find a sense of belonging as part of the Stagecoach family.
