Who can join the Talent Agency?

We prefer that our members attend one of our Stagecoach schools, as they will be receiving a universal high standard of training. Any students aged between four and 20 years currently attending a Stagecoach school, or who might have left, may join the agency. 

Now throughout the year Stagecoach students, both existing members and new applicants, aged between 4 and 18 are invited to an agency registration day. We meet each student at a local event designed to replicate an actual audition environment. Its purpose is to help our students be more prepared for any auditions or castings they may attend in the coming year. As part of the registration day, students will also be able to join Spotlight, the UK’s leading casting platform.

What happens during the Registration days?

All our registrations & renewals are held in a friendly, relaxed and positive environment. They are designed to assess the abilities and characters of each individual. Students are encouraged to perform solo pieces in Drama, Singing or Dance. From these sessions we are then able to best match members to suitable castings.

Do you charge to join?

There is no cost to join the agency. We do ask that all students register on Spotlight, to give them the best opportunity to secure professional work.

How much do you charge at the Registration Day?
We charge £195.00 (inc VAT) per child, payable on the registration day. Please note that for all credit card payments there is a 1.5% transaction fee.
Annual membership of Spotlight is currently £98.00 in VAT per child, this is included in the package above.
As only limited places are available, we accept student applications on a ‘first come, first served’ basis.

How Do I Apply to Join?

One of two ways. You can either -

Will my Booking be Confirmed? 

You will first receive confirmation of both payment and your chosen venue booking by email. 
Then around 10 days before your selected date we will send your attendance times and directions, again by email. If you have not heard from us 7 days before your chosen date you must contact us immediately. While we make every effort to ensure emails are correctly transmitted it is your responsibility to see you have received all necessary details. 

Can I Cancel my Booking?

You have 30 days from the date of our receipt of this booking form to receive a full refund. If a cancellation is requested after this time the Agency will make a charge of £75.00 (inc.vat) for each child cancelled to help cover the costs the Agency has incurred. This charge will be deducted from your original payment. No refund will be made on non-advised no-shows on the day of the registration. For the final four workshops, as above, you have 30 days in which to cancel your booking. After this 30 day period the Agency will have incurred additional costs and may have refused applications from other students, therefore no refunds will be possible. This includes 'no shows' on the day of the workshop.

You have 30 days from the receipt of this booking form to receive a full refund of your Spotlight membership, or in the event of a no-show on the day of registration.
