Meet The Team

Principal - Lynn Biddick BEd.Hons

Lynn was born into a theatrical family and as a child attended a part time theatre school. She went on to be awarded a joint honours degree by the University of London in Music and Educational Psychology. This led to her teaching in successful mainstream schools for several years in both London and Devon having roles in senior management, special needs and co-ordinating the performing arts curriculum.

Through her work Lynn has written and produced numerous shows/concerts which have involved casts of up to three hundred and fifty pupils. Her extra-curricular choirs, orchestras and performing arts groups have consistently enjoyed success in performances both in and out of school to the wider community.

Lynn firmly believes that in order for children and young people to reach their full potential they need to develop confidence, self-esteem and co-operative skills with their peers. She sees Performing Arts as a crucial springboard in this process alongside developing specific technical and creative skills in performance.
