Stagecoach is more than just singing, dance & drama. We help our students develop the creative courage to unlock their potential, to stand up & be heard, to work well as part of a team, and to embrace new ideas and possibilities, helping them grow into more confident, expressive, sociable & imaginative individuals.

Weekly Classes

Early Stages (for ages 4-6 yrs)

Stagecoach Early Stages
Early Stages classes run alongside the main Stagecoach schools, where young people learn skills in each of the three Musical Theatre disciplines of singing, dancing & drama, so it is an easy step when it is time to transfer to the next stage.

(90 minutes each week)

Main Stages (for ages 6-18 yrs)

Stagecoach Main Stages
Main Stages classes are split in three age appropriate groups, where young people learn new skills in each of the complementary Musical Theatre disciplines of singing, dancing & drama. We nurture the shy and apprehensive, until they find their feet and voice, whilst at the same time developing and channelling those with bundles of talent, confidence and energy. We believe in the potential of every child!

(3 hrs each week)

Further Stages (for ages 15+ yrs)

Stagecoach Further Stages
Our advanced musical theatre sessions give talented students the chance to extend their performance skills.  Through in-depth training and master classes, we help students to hone their skills in singing, dancing and acting.  We also give students the confidence to audition for theatre and vocational drama schools (if that is their goal) and make sure they are well prepared for interviews and auditions.

Fees in accordance with Main Stages.

Meet The Team

Principal - Laura Grannell

From a young age, Laura has always been into performing arts and has thrived off the opportunities and fun it brings. Joining the Foreword Theatre company as a teenager, she performed in ‘Oh What a Lovely War’, ‘Jesus Chris Superstar’ and ‘Oliver’. She has performed at the Garrick, the Harlequins and the Empire in various other musicals. Her passion then led her to studying performing arts in New York City. She has also been in many television shows and commercials, from Jet 2, Carcraft, Coronation Street, Vincent and Cracker. When returning from New York, Laura then completed a degree in Drama and Dance at university and completed her teacher training in Drama.

Her career path then led her to teach A-level, BTEC and GCSE drama and dance in a number of secondary schools across the North West. After 15 years Laura decided she wanted a fresh challenge, something she could develop, mould and convey her passions into, like Nantwich Stagecoach.

Laura is now looking forward to taking Stagecoach Nantwich to another level and has 10 years' experience, teaching at Bolton, Bury and Warrington Stagecoach. She cannot wait to pass on her skills and knowledge to a new generation of children helping them to grow and develop. She will never compromise on high expectations and standards. She feels Stagecoach Nantwich students are here to flourish while being guided and supported throughout their journey. While being nurtured and guided to be the best performers around!
