Young Performer is a national performing arts magazine aimed at 6-18 year olds. As the only magazine of its kind in the UK, it sets out to entertain and inform the thousands of young people for whom the performing arts are a passion. With six issues a year, the magazine is packed with news, exciting features, revealing celebrity interviews and fantastic competitions.
Published by Ten Alps Creative and inspired by Stagecoach schools, YP covers all areas of the performing arts world, from theatre to film to TV and musicals. Star Dancer
15-year-old actor Theo Stevenson, memorable as the star of Horrid Henry: The Movie, talks to "Young Performer" about his latest role as Ethan in the street-dance film "All Stars", working with co-star and dance sensation, 13-year-old Akai Osei-Mansfield and the months of training and rehearsals they had with professional choreographer Kenrick Sandy who also trained dancers for the London 2012 Olympic Opening Ceremony.
What We Do
Stagecoach Theatre Arts has been nurturing and developing young people's potential for almost 25 years.
Early Stages is designed to introduce young children aged 4-6 years to Stagecoach.
Designed specifically for teens 15/16+ years, Further Stages further develops musical theatre skills through more advanced dance, singing and acting training.
The Stagecoach Teacher Training Course is an energising, inspiring and enriching course for those who wish to learn more about the teaching of performing arts
