Principal - Lucinda Stevenson
Lucy began to dance at a very early age and went on to achieve top marks in exams and gained experience performing locally in variety shows and pantomimes. Her love of dance got stronger and at the age of 19 she qualified as a teacher with IDTA and also qualified as an aerobics and gym instructor.
Lucy joined Staffordshire Police as a Police Community Support Office shortly after she left college and worked part time at DefyGravity Dance Studio's teaching tap, ballet and street to children aged from 2-12 years.
In April 2011 she decided to leave Staffordshire Police and teach dance and aerobics full time. Lucy is also qualified as a Zumba and Zumbatomic (Zumba for children) instructor.

Dance Coach - Rebecca Castrey - BA(Hons) Dance PGCE
Becky trained in dance at Angela Beardmore School of dance for many years and went on to study at Manchester Metropolitan University gaining a BA(Hons) qualification in Dance and a PGCE in higher education, specializing in dance and musical theatre teaching. She has performed from a young age in musical productions and pantomimes, taking on leading roles and has competed in various dance and drama competitions, gaining a scholarship for modern jazz dance with the BBO. Becky teaches a variety of age groups ranging from 4-65 years, from the educational settings of university and college to the wider community, delivering a range of dance styles which include ballet, jazz, tap, contemporary, street/hip hop, musical theatre, modern, cheerleading and basic circus skills. She also choreographs and directs local productions which include musicals and pantomimes. Last year she choreographed for the printworks show at the NEC.
She currently lectures dance at South Cheshire College and works freelance in Staffordshire and Cheshire areas. She also teaches at Stagecoach Nantwich and Warrington. She prides herself in pushing her own technique and continuing her own professional development and performance, appearing in murder mystery productions and improvisations and directing one act plays locally. She has won various awards for leading roles such as Nancy in Oliver, Mrs Kelly in Annie Warbucks and Snow White are just a few to mention. Becky strives for high quality results through creating a warm and positive working environment for children to learn in, promoting teamwork and confidence through musical theatre and dance teaching.
Singing Coach - Grace Allwood - BA (Hons)
Grace graduated last year from The University of Liverpool, where she studied Music, with Grade 8 Distinction in Singing (ABRSM). As well as being our singing coach, Grace teaches singing at Stagecoach Nantwich, as well as being a private singing and piano tutor, and teaches within the Continuing Education Department of The University of Liverpool. She is continuing her work within Liverpool teaching at schools and sixth form colleges as well as teaching singing classes at the recently established Studio 76.
As part of her degree she studied performance to a high standard and has performed within the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Choir and with the Metropolitan Cathedral Choir at several events and services and, most recently, a solo performance at the Royal Liver Building in Liverpool.
Grace's teaching focuses on the techniques of singing, as well as the enjoyment and fun to be found in the music and the performance of the music.
Drama Coach - Victoria Gotham
Victoria works as a professional actress. She trained at the Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts (LIPA) on the acting course. Since graduating in 2000 theatre credits have included numerous theatre in education tours;'The Comedy of Errors' for the Stafford Gatehouse; 'Treasure Island' and 'Little Mermaid' for Twin Lakes Theme Park; 'Scarefest: The Terror of the Towers' for Alton Towers; The Wicked Queen in 'Snow White' at the Queens theatre Burslem; and 'Robin Hood' for P&O cruises.
Filming work includes TV commercials; 'Scholl', the 'Co-operative bank', 'Iceland' and 'Heinz'; corporate video work for 'Boots', 'Mothercare' and 'Toyota'; and a feature film called 'Inside Out'.
She recently performed in 'Jack and the Beanstalk' playing the Baroness alongside Chesney Hawkes at Grimsby Auditorium. In 2010 she performed at The Lowry, Manchester, playing Mrs Darling in their annual pantomime 'Peter Pan'.
Victoria has been teaching at Stagecoach for nearly 10 years alongside her professional work and has a wealth of experience nurturing young minds in art of drama within schools, local dance academies and freelance teaching positions across the county.
Early Stages Coach - Olivia Birkin
Olivia has loved performing since the age of 3 when she started her training at the Jill Clewes Performing Arts Centre and got involved with local Amateur Dramatics. In 2009 she trained for a BTEC National Diploma at The Academy for Theatre Arts and achieved double award Distinction. From the age of 5 she has been appearing regularly in productions, her favourite roles to date being Madame Thenardier in Les Miserables, Mrs Wilkinson in Billy Elliot and Mrs Lovett in Sweeney Todd. In the summer of 2011, she won the chance to perform on the West End stage as Mrs Wilkinson in Billy Elliot at The Victoria Palace Theatre, London.
Professionally Olivia has appeared in Whistle Down the Wind, Romeo & Juliet (Birmingham Royal Ballet), several pantomimes and performing for Her Majesty the Queen at the official opening of The Regent Theatre.
Olivia has been helping to teach dancing since the age of 11 and first began to teach her own classes to children when she was 15. In 2005 Olivia was awarded a Jazz Scholarship with the British Ballet Organization.
Television credits include ITV's Britannia High and BBC's Over the Rainbow.
Olivia is currently singing and dancing as part of the Let Me Entertain You professional international tour.
