Stagecoach does not have a set syllabus as such. However, a comprehensive set of Teaching and Learning Guidelines has been drawn up which express the general philosophy and expectations of teaching and learning at Stagecoach with practical suggestions for what might contribute to well-focused and exciting classes.

They also acknowledge what is thought of as 'best practice' both by educationalists and practitioners in the field. In addition, the guidelines outline ways that opportunities may be be provided to promote students' creativity.

Stagecoach has numerous resources available to Principals and Teachers, not least the accessibility of the 'human resources' at Head Office, particularly in the Franchise Department and Creative Department. Advice, problem-solving and practical help are available.

a) The Resource Library, run by Dotdismus, which contains relevant work for end-of-term productions, some of which
have been specially written and piloted by teachers and Principals in the network
b) A library of backing tracks for use within schools
c) A comprehensive Teacher Resource Book
d) Regular 'in-service' workshops for Teachers and Principals
