Stagecoach Leatherhead & Bookham

A very warm welcome from Stagecoach Performing Arts School Leatherhead & Bookham.  We provide quality training in dance, drama and singing for children aged from 4 – 19 years, in an environment where everyone is encouraged to reach their full potential. Whether children come to develop their confidence, make friends or just have fun – or indeed if they want to follow a professional performing arts career – we give them the tools to help them achieve their goal.  We set ourselves high standards, and the students work hard to achieve them, but always with a sense of fun and enjoyment. At both our Leatherhead and Bookham schools, the students take part in full scale, costumed shows and have the opportunity to go on theatre trips, take part in workshops with West End cast members, and have access to a variety of professional casting opportunities for both film and stage.
No audition is required for new students – all they need is enthusiasm, commitment, and a love of performing arts.

Weekly Classes

Early Stages (for ages 4-6 yrs)

Stagecoach Early Stages
Early Stages classes run alongside the main Stagecoach schools, where young people learn skills in each of the three Musical Theatre disciplines of singing, dancing & drama, so it is an easy step when it is time to transfer to the next stage.

(90 minutes each week)

Main Stages (for ages 6-18 yrs)

Stagecoach Main Stages
Main Stages classes are split in three age appropriate groups, where young people learn new skills in each of the complementary Musical Theatre disciplines of singing, dancing & drama. We nurture the shy and apprehensive, until they find their feet and voice, whilst at the same time developing and channelling those with bundles of talent, confidence and energy. We believe in the potential of every child!

Further Stages (for ages 15+ yrs)

Stagecoach Further Stages
Our advanced musical theatre sessions give talented students the chance to extend their performance skills.  Through in-depth training and master classes, we help students to hone their skills in singing, dancing and acting.  We also give students the confidence to audition for theatre and vocational drama schools (if that is their goal) and make sure they are well prepared for interviews and auditions.

Fees in accordance with Main Stages.

Develop your skills in the three core performing arts disciplines of singing, dancing and acting with our Adult Classes. Meet The Team

Principal - Felicity Corbould-Dawe

Felicity gained a scholarship to train at the Italia Conti Academy of Performing Arts achieving an HND in Musical Theatre followed by a BA (Hons) in Theatre Studies at Arts Ed.  A varied performing career followed including TV work for Nickelodeon, London Fashion Week, cruising Australia and New Zealand and performances at various London theatres.

Felicity continued her training with teaching qualifications from the ISTD and a PGCE from Greenwich University.  Her extensive qualifications and professional experience gained her responsibility for the BTEC Performing Arts course and a position on the senior management team at Italia Conti (Guildford Branch). Additionally she trained students from ages 3 to 21 and prepared/choreographed material for a host of theatrical productions.

Moving into feature films, Felicity was fortunate to work behind the scenes on a number of big budget movies including Star Wars VII, Christopher Robin and James Bond: No Time to Die. She was Assistant to the lead actor on Solo - A Star Wars Story and Assistant to Director on Disney's Nutcracker and the Four Realms before taking maternity leave.

Felicity is very excited to start her Stagecoach journey and, together with the support of her husband Nathan (Musical Director & Composer), can’t wait to spread the joy of performing arts.
