Rob started his performing career as a professional drummer/singer/song-writer. He began performing in Musical Theatre and has played lead roles in over 60 productions and sang professionally as a soloist. His experience took him into directing, which he did professionally both in the UK and Singapore. Rob spent nearly 8 years as the Theatre Manager & Primary School Drama Advisor in an international college in Singapore. His many responsibilities there included directing, producing and lighting design, as well as teaching and running workshops in stage management/lighting.
In July 2007, Rob, his wife Helene and their twin daughters moved from Singapore to Australia with the intention of opening a Stagecoach school there.
