Originally from Reading, Berkshire, Janet-Anne trained in ballet, tap, jazz, Modern dance, drama and singing at Jeanine Greville Academy, Henley on Thames and as a member of Generation Theatre Company (whose fellow members included Christian Bale and Kate Winslet), before heading into the entertainment business aged 17, where she worked with top names in directing and choreography both in the U.K and abroad. Janet-Anne works as a choreographer and has choreographed professional productions at the Waterfront Hall, Belfast and for television and film. Most recent credits include choreographer on CBBC's 'Dani's Castle' series one and two, choreographer on BBC drama 'Wipers Times' (written by Ian Hislop) and she had the honour of teaching presenter Lindsay Russell on CBBC Blue Peter. Janet-Anne also takes on the role as children's director on the national tours of 'Joseph', 'Evita', 'Half a Sixpence' and 'Annie' and in opera - Aida, Carmen, Tosca and La Traviata. Janet-Anne specialises in teaching actors with two left feet to dance! A Licenced Chaperone, Janet-Anne is striving to make sure that children working in the entertainment industry are always safe and protected. She enjoys working alongside the talented teachers at Stagecoach to encourage the stars of the future.
